In-Wall Subwoofer Breakthrough
Many in-wall installations require an in-wall subwoofer for full-frequency audio performance. This need presented a unique challenge to the PSB design team because they were unwilling to sacrifice the integrity of their highly acclaimed traditional subwoofer line. The great-sounding CWS8 passive in-wall sub is the result.
PSB started its design of the CWS8 by implementing two of the company’s hand-built, woven fiberglass cone woofers and incorporating them into a solid frame, with all less than 4″ deep. These dual 8″ high-excursion drivers work to take the wall out of the equation, delivering the deep impact and excitement that fans of home theater and multi-channel music demand.
Matched with PSB’s powerful CWA-1 amplifier, the CWS8 offers outstanding performance.
PSB In-Wall Speakers
Sacrificing space doesn’t mean sacrificing sound with PSB’s high-performance, in-wall speakers. In the spirit of lifestyle media systems and clutter-free living spaces, PSB evolved the series from its traditional loudspeakers so that there is no loss in performance.
The CW-series in-walls incorporate the same speaker arrays as found in the company’s highly acclaimed Platinum Series speakers to offer true audiophile performance. Each of the in-wall speakers is hand-built and backed by PSB’s commitment to audio excellence.
